This is our second time going there and once again, it was a great place to stay. The place was clean. Communication was always there. Great places to eat nearby and the room was extremely clean and nice actually wish he would sell it to me

Roger and Stephanie provided a great place for our vacation. They were quick to respond and offered detailed information that was helpful to our stay. The condo looked exactly like the pictures which was definitely appreciated.

From the beautiful decorations, the great location of the property and super-responsive host to the cleanliness and first floor location of the condo, absolutely everything about this condo is perfect. We could not have asked for better. Not only is the condo on the first floor, it is also located right at the stairwell so we never even took the elevator but was able to take the easy one flight of stairs each time. The condo is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very upscale feeling. The shower and bed were also great (which is usually the hardest areas to please for me). The bed was very comfy and the soft sound of the waves made it even better. I cannot say enough good things about the host or the condo. We will most definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful and beautiful place! Everything was exceptional and would definitely book again in the future! Roger was also very responsive if anything else was further needed. All in all, great place and even greater host!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our week here. Perfectly described description of accommodations. Very cozy and a beautiful view.. especially at Sunset! We had the most enjoyable trip together to reconnect and relax. Walked to some very close by delicious restaurants! Roger communicated extremely fast and we can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

I loved this place! Comfortable bed, great shower and the perfect balcony. I had a great stay here and had everything I needed. Roger was excellent in communicating with me. Easy check in with no surprises. I will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I really lucked out finding this gem. We had a great experience at the resort, the views of the beach from the balcony were awesome and we also felt like we had privacy. Great location close to all the good eats and entertainment. We will most definitely want to come back and stay if it is available the next time we visit Panama City!!!

We had a wonderful time at Roger’s beautiful condo! Views are absolutely breathtaking and it is such a cute little condo on the beach for relaxation and fun! We enjoyed our stay and Roger was very responsive.

We had a great stay at Roger’s place. There was an issue at check in that was Roger went above and beyond to resolve quickly. The porch was big, the view beautiful and the location walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The condo was clean, and nicely decorated. We slept great on the king size bed. Would definitely recommend this condo!

I am so happy that we found Roger’s place to stay it was amazing and being able to hear and enjoy the waves crashing against the shore was awesome. I will be using this space next year for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and the thunder beach motorcycle event. This place is amazing, wonderful, peaceful, quiet, close to everything, the beach is right at the back door, beautiful amenities, and an excellent host. The only thing that I had an issue with is the sliding door from the bedroom needs lubricants to make it easier to open and close. Other than that I will be booking this location again next year for two weeks. We loved the hospitality, and the quick response by the host.
