Please note: While the condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (including children and infants), we recommend a maximum of 2 adults for the most comfortable stay. The condo is not baby/childproofed. Beach & Amenities at Your Doorstep: Enjoy a short stroll to our private/deeded beach access and take advantage of the three community pools (seasonally heated). Gulf Place is a lively 30A community brimming with fantastic restaurants, unique shops, and more! Relaxing Retreat: Master Bedroom: Unwind in the master bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed with a Casper mattress, luxurious all-white linens, an en-suite full bathroom, and a Smart TV ready for your streaming logins. Additional Sleeping Nook: A cozy "half-bedroom" alcove off the hallway offers twin over twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Our Home, Your Relaxing Beach Getaway - House Guidelines: As your hosts, Roger and Stephanie, we want you to have a wonderful stay at The Salty Blonde. To ensure a comfortable experience, please review these guidelines within 48 hours of booking. SECURITY & PROPERTY ACCESS POLICIES • Smart Home Security: For the safety of our home, all smart locks, keypads, and entry sensors are monitored. Any attempt to tamper with, disable, or modify these devices (including HVAC/Thermostat limits) will result in an immediate $500 security violation fee and potential cancellation without a refund. • Checkout Finality: Once your scheduled checkout time has passed and you have exited the property, return entry to the condo is strictly prohibited. This ensures the safety of our cleaning teams and the privacy of arriving guests. Unauthorized return will be treated as trespassing. RESORT COMPLIANCE & PROPERTY CARE • HOA Standards: All guests must adhere to Gulf Place HOA rules. Compliance is mandatory. • Maintain the Space: Please do not move furniture, rearrange artwork, or disconnect electronics. • Linen & Textile Care: Please treat our high-quality linens with care. Avoid using bath towels for makeup removal or beach use (dedicated beach towels are provided!). • Report Mishaps Immediately: If an accident occurs, please notify us immediately so we can address it before it affects the next guest. • Amenity Return: [If Gulf Place requires passes] All passes must be left on the kitchen counter upon departure. A $75 replacement fee applies to any missing items. GENERAL HOUSE RULES • Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. • No Parties/Events: We maintain a peaceful environment; parties are strictly prohibited. • No Pets / No Smoking: This is a pet-free and smoke-free home (including illegal substances). • Entertainment: Please remember to log out of your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, etc.) before departure. Regarding Consumables: Occasionally, previous guests leave behind unopened condiments. Please use your own discretion and check for allergens before consuming. We frequent 30A, and hands down this is our favorite. All new Frigidaire appliances. Everything worked great. Comfortable bed (which isn’t always a given), great shower, and yes, quality toilet paper! We stayed a week, and would have stayed longer if we could. The couch was really comfortable for a nap or just chilling. Plenty of closet space and drawer storage. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

What a great spot for a last-minute getaway. Great location for easy access to beach, restaurants, running, and walking. Condo was comfortable, very clean, and thoroughly enjoyed. Spacious enough for two and very cozy. Communication was superb, great suggestions for dining and night life. We recommend highly and are already planning another adventure. Joe

The Salty Blonde was so cute! Loved the vibe and all the decor.. it was cozy! And the views were beautiful and relaxing .. especially on the patio. The location is a 2 minute walk to the turquoise beach🩵 We loved it! Want to go back! So many fun places to eat nearby. Roger and Stephanie were available anytime we needed them. Cheers to TSB! We had an amazing week at The Salty Blonde! Roger and Stephanie have thought of everything you could possibly need! Great views from the balcony too. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance, the private deeded beach is so close, easy to walk back for lunch! They were very quick with any questions and even reached out during our stay to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Salty Blonde! The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, with great restaurants, shops, and coffee right on site. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere of the property, the pools, and the easy access to 30A. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in seamless. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Santa Rosa Beach!

Roger was great! Host was very responsive and helpful. Condo was so cute and cozy. Beach was right across the street and there was a crosswalk that made it extremely easy to get across. All the pools were very close an easy quick walk. There was plenty of chairs, never crowded, and very clean. Great restaurants close by. Shunk Gulley, Stinky’s, Grimadis Pizza, Donut Hole, Ruby Slipper, Parlor Donuts. Try these places… you can’t go wrong! We was sad we only had a week here! We can’t wait to come back!
