Please note: While the condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (including children and infants), we recommend a maximum of 2 adults for the most comfortable stay. The condo is not baby/childproofed. Beach & Amenities at Your Doorstep: Enjoy a short stroll to our private/deeded beach access and take advantage of the three community pools (seasonally heated). The HOA reserves the right to close any facility for maintenance, emergency construction, or due to weather conditions. • Standardized Policy: Like all premier destinations, Gulf Place periodically undergoes restoration projects. Our Home, Your Relaxing Beach Getaway - House Guidelines: As your hosts, Roger and Stephanie, we want you to have a wonderful stay at The Salty Blonde. To ensure a comfortable experience, please review these guidelines within 48 hours of booking. SECURITY & PROPERTY ACCESS POLICIES • Smart Home Security: For the safety of our home, all smart locks, keypads, and entry sensors are monitored. Any attempt to tamper with, disable, or modify these devices (including HVAC/Thermostat limits) will result in an immediate $500 security violation fee and potential cancellation without a refund. • Checkout Finality: Once your scheduled checkout time has passed and you have exited the property, return entry to the condo is strictly prohibited. This ensures the safety of our cleaning teams and the privacy of arriving guests. Unauthorized return will be treated as trespassing. RESORT COMPLIANCE & PROPERTY CARE • HOA Standards: All guests must adhere to Gulf Place HOA rules. Compliance is mandatory. • Maintain the Space: Please do not move furniture, rearrange artwork, or disconnect electronics. • Linen & Textile Care: Please treat our high-quality linens with care. Avoid using bath towels for makeup removal or beach use (dedicated beach towels are provided!). • Report Mishaps Immediately: If an accident occurs, please notify us immediately so we can address it before it affects the next guest. • Amenity Return: [If Gulf Place requires passes] All passes must be left on the kitchen counter upon departure. A $75 replacement fee applies to any missing items. GENERAL HOUSE RULES • Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. • No Parties/Events: We maintain a peaceful environment; parties are strictly prohibited. • No Pets / No Smoking: This is a pet-free and smoke-free home (including illegal substances). • Entertainment: Please remember to log out of your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, etc.) before departure. Regarding Consumables: Occasionally, previous guests leave behind unopened condiments. Please use your own discretion and check for allergens before consuming. We are unable to take responsibility for these items. Our Commitment to You: Please remember this is our beach home. The private deeded beach is about a two minute walk from the unit! Gulf Place offers it all from shopping, dining & more! Choose to eat out at amazing nearby restaurants within walking distance or eat in and enjoy the sights of 30A from your balcony or picnic on the beach (Publix & Walmart are very near). There are nature trails at 4 nearby state parks, 11 coastal dune lakes, and golfing, fishing, bike riding, paddleboarding, and kayaking opportunities nearby!
