The private deeded beach is about a two minute walk from the unit! Gulf Place offers it all from shopping, dining & more! Choose to eat out at amazing nearby restaurants within walking distance or eat in and enjoy the sights of 30A from your balcony or picnic on the beach (Publix & Walmart are very near). There are nature trails at 4 nearby state parks, 11 coastal dune lakes, and golfing, fishing, bike riding, paddleboarding, and kayaking opportunities nearby!

Our family loved staying at Salty Blonde! The distance to the beach could not be beat and having access to the pools was a big plus for our kids when it was too hot to be on the sand. The area surrounding the condo is very walkable with lots of dining to choose from (Pecan Jack's ice cream is top notch!) as well as stores to grab souvenirs or items you may have forgotten for the beach. The condo was a great space for our family. Check-in was very easy, the unit was clean and had everything we needed (the free laundry down the hall was a huge plus). Appreciated having a vacuum to use for all the sand that gets tracked in, even if you don't go to the beach! Would love to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Salty Blonde! We loved the location in Santa Rosa- it’s not as crowded as some of the nearby towns, but still drivable to some of the attractions we wanted to go to. The beautiful beach was such a quick and easy walk! The location of this condo in Gulf Place really couldn’t have been better. The Airbnb was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Everything was well thought out. Roger was a great host- with great instructions, recommendations, and very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the Salty Blonde!

Roger’s place was perfect for my Mom and I. It was clean and beautiful. The community provided everything we needed. The private beach access is very nice. We also enjoyed the pool.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Salty Blonde. The condo was very clean and a perfect size for our family with 2 young children. The kids loved the games and beach toys and we were pleasantly surprised to see the guitar and record player. My husband enjoyed playing guitar on the balcony and we loved spinning our favorite Bob Marley album while getting ready in the mornings. Access to the beach was a breeze, we didn’t even end up going to the pools- but a nice added amenity. The location is fantastic! Easy coffee in the morning in the cafe, many shops, a candy/ice cream store and popular restaurants. When there was a wait at a restaurant, it was nice to be able to put in our name and go back to the condo to wait until they texted, especially with kids. Only one minor hiccup with the dishwasher not working- looks like others have reported this as well. Onsite laundry was helpful. Roger was a very response host offering many suggestions. We absolutely recommend the Salty Blonde!

My boyfriend and I couldn’t get over how perfect this place is! The condo was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. Easy check-in, had everything we needed, 1-5 minute walks to EVERYTHING around us (restaurants, coffee, sweets, liquor store, Alvin’s island). The walk to the beach is short and easily accessible. As far as hosts go, Roger was amazing! He responded within 10 minutes every time and always had the answer to any questions asked (even about things not connected to the condo, just the area in general). I couldn’t click “ 5 stars “ enough times to describe this place😍

This place is wonderful and Roger is a great host. Theyve taken care to think about and provide everything for a great stay- from books and games, throws for the sofa, beach equipment, all kinds of little thoughtful details. The bed is a dream- and Im a princess and the pea sleeper! You can walk to everything- beach, pools, coffee shop, great restaurants (have to drive to the grocery store, thats it.) Note that the apartment looks over 30A, which gets quiet at around 8 pm, and the double glazing keeps it down to a barely noticeable hum in the daytime. Also note that the bed area doesnt close with a door- no problem for me, but wanted to note that. I will stay here again!

The space was perfect for my wife and myself. It was peaceful being able to see the ocean from the back patio. We absolutely loved this place. Several places to eat within walking distance. The provided beach chairs were awesome.
